B&B Construction Ltd. is currently looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a full-time basis.
Duties:
- Produce Bills of Quantities;
- Draw up preliminary estimates;
- Produce Rates Build-up;
- Liaise with Contractors on-site;
- Carry out site measurements;
- Assist in the Tendering process.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying;
- Must be in possession of a clean driving license;
- Able to speak Maltese and also in English;
- Previous Experience (Minimum 3 years);
- Computer Literacy specifically Office and Drawing Programmes.
