🔨 Responsibilities:
Read and interpret working plans and drawings.
Erect and dismantle formworks for desks, beams, staircases, and walls.
Assemble wood or steel structures for concrete formations such as columns, beams, staircases, and slabs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised worksite.
Load/unload shutter materials and ensure equipment is stored properly.
Dismantle and remove formwork after completion of concrete works.
Report any issues or failures promptly to supervisors.
🎯 Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
Fluency in English.
Valid driving licence (optional but preferred).
