✅ Route Planning: Design smart and cost-efficient delivery routes considering traffic, weather, and deadlines 🗺️

✅ Scheduling: Create and maintain driver schedules — keeping everything compliant and on track 🕒

✅ Resource Allocation: Assign the right trucks and drivers for the job 🧩

✅ Communication: Stay in touch with drivers, production teams, maintenance department and clients to ensure everyone is updated 📞

✅ Data Analysis: Track performance metrics and suggest improvements 📊

✅ Problem Solving: Handle scheduling conflicts and unexpected delays with a cool head 💪

✅ Compliance: Follow all transport regulations and company policies ⚖️

✅ Reporting: Prepare reports on efficiency and performance for management review 🧾

💼 What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills 🧠

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure 💥

Experience in logistics or transport scheduling is a plus 🚦

Proficiency in scheduling software 🖥️

Fluent communication in Maltese  language  is mandatory
