Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Coordination

• Lead and support the administration and accounts team.
• Establish clear processes, responsibilities, and performance standards.
• Promote a culture of accountability and efficiency.

Financial & Accounts Oversight

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly management accounts and assist with annual financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, and external advisors as required.

Project & Operational Support

• Monitor project budgets, supplier payments, and cost tracking.
• Support tendering and pricing processes with financial input.
• Oversee procurement administration and company documentation.
• Ensure smooth office operations and record management.

Compliance & Risk

• Maintain appropriate internal controls and documentation systems.
• Identify and address financial and operational risks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification considered an asset but not mandatory
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in accounting or administration
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in construction or a project-based environment considered an advantage
