What does the Administration Manager do at B&B Construction?
The Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the Company’s administrative and accounting functions, ensuring efficient operations, sound financial management, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to C.E.O., this role supports project performance, cash flow management, and internal process improvement within a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Coordination
- Lead and support the administration and accounts team.
- Establish clear processes, responsibilities, and performance standards.
- Promote a culture of accountability and efficiency.
Financial & Accounts Oversight
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Prepare quarterly management accounts and assist with annual financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, and external advisors as required.
Project & Operational Support
- Monitor project budgets, supplier payments, and cost tracking.
- Support tendering and pricing processes with financial input.
- Oversee procurement administration and company documentation.
- Ensure smooth office operations and record management.
Compliance & Risk
- Maintain appropriate internal controls and documentation systems.
- Identify and address financial and operational risks.

Qualifications & Experience
