💼 As our Clerk-Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and efficient backbone of our office. You’ll support day-to-day activities, ensure smooth communication, and help keep our operations running flawlessly.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✨ Uphold the company’s values with honest, ethical, and professional behaviour
✨ Receive and transfer phone calls
✨ Scan, copy, file, and manage office documents
✨ Welcome and assist customers visiting our offices
✨ File, copy, secure, and encash invoices
✨ Support daily office operations when needed
✨ Register, sort, and organize incoming correspondence
✨ Assist finance department with daily tasks
✨ Invoice processing
✨ Creditor reconciliations
✨ Perform additional tasks aligned with the role as needed.

✔ Strong written and spoken English and Maltese
