Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker
Position Description:
A reliable and versatile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker with hands-on experience in performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across finishings, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems. Complete the construction finishes projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general maintenance and repair work as required.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical fixtures, plumbing systems, carpentry elements, doors, windows, and flooring
Diagnose faults and resolve issues in electrical and plumbing systems effectively
Collaborate with contractors, foremen, and maintenance teams to complete projects on time
Prepare and organise tools and materials before starting tasks to ensure efficiency
Perform painting, renovations, and general upkeep tasks
Handle minor clean-up duties such as light bulb replacement, appliance installation/removal, and furniture disposal
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and workplace procedures
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge in finishings
Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Valid Driving licence
